Fitnessisland which was founded in 2017 now has grown to a 5000+ loyal customer base around the country.
eCommerce & Social Media Strategy
Fitnessisland opened their first store in 2018 and had a decent walk-ins for their day to day sales at the shop, at that moment Fitnessisland decided to move into the eCommerce space where only few of the competitors were present online, this meant that we had to do a research on how the competitors performed online in terms of the website UI, website loading speed, certain branding strategies they might have used and also the entire conversion funnel.
By doing this we knew exactly what we need to do to help Fitnessisland not only to be on the eCommerce space but also have an exponential growth in sales overtime.
Once i developed the eCommerce website to display all their products and enable online payment gateway to accept online payments, we went on to create a digital media strategy that focused more on the conversion funnel that would give Fitnessisland a higher ROI on the ad spend. I used Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads to capture the audience interested in fitness all around Sri Lanka. Once i implemented the awareness campaign that Fitnessisland is now online, the website started seeing a tremendous amount of website traffic, right after this campaign we implemented a conversion campaign by creating a remarketing audience of the past website visitors and a broader audience using Facebook’s look-a-like audience modeling based on user behavior on the website, this conversion campaign ran several ads aggressively to these audiences ensuring that the intent of the visitors to the website was to convert into a sale at the end of conversion funnel.
